Google My Business (GMB)

Quick Definition

Google My Business was renamed Google Business Profile in 2021. The terms are interchangeable in practice, with GMB being the older name still widely used.

In context

Modern documentation and the Google interface use 'Google Business Profile' (GBP). Older articles, agencies, and casual usage still say GMB. The product is the same.
